2Subject
The subject of this agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the AI-powered content generation services sold through TexonAi.
By purchasing the services, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.
3Services
The Seller provides the following services:
- AI-powered content generation in 16 languages
- SEO and AEO optimized content
- Bulk content generation
- WordPress integration
- AI title and subheading suggestions
- Real-time web search
- Stock image integration
Important
The Buyer accepts the terms of use and the provisions of this agreement.
4Payment
Payment terms:
- Payments are securely processed through Shopinext.
- Your credit card information is not stored by us.
- Credits are loaded instantly after payment confirmation.
- Prices are as indicated on the website and include VAT.
Secure Payment
Shopinext provides PCI DSS compliant secure payment infrastructure. Your payments are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
5Credit System
Our service operates on a word-based credit system:
- Each content generation consumes a certain amount of credits.
- Credit amount varies based on content length and type.
- Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely.
- You can earn bonus credits through the referral system.

6Delivery
Delivery of our digital service:
- Credits are loaded immediately after payment confirmation.
- AI-generated content is delivered instantly.
- Bulk generations are processed in queue and you are notified when completed.
- You can access all your content through the dashboard.
Content Storage Policy
Generated content is stored on our servers with a 30-day guarantee. After 30 days, content may be automatically deleted. Please download or backup your content within this period.
7Refund Policy
Warning
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds cannot be made for purchased credits.
Our refund policy:
- Since digital services are delivered instantly, purchased credits are non-refundable.
- If you cannot receive the service due to a technical issue, your credits will be refunded.
- Credits incorrectly deducted due to system errors will be corrected.
8Intellectual Property Rights
Buyer's Rights
- Commercial use rights of AI-generated content belong to the Buyer.
- The Buyer can use, publish, and sell the generated content.
- The Buyer is responsible for verifying the originality of the content.
Seller's Rights
- All rights to the platform, software, and technology belong to the Seller.
- The Seller's logo, brand, and intellectual property are protected.
- Copying, distributing, or reverse engineering of platform codes is prohibited.
9Disclaimer and Security
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content is not guaranteed.
The Seller is not responsible for:
- Inaccuracy or incompleteness of AI-generated content
- Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of content
- Interruptions of third-party services (API, hosting, etc.)
- Data loss caused by user errors
- SEO performance or search engine rankings of content
Recommendation
We recommend reviewing AI-generated content before publishing and making necessary edits.
10Content Monitoring & Review
TexonAi reserves the right to monitor and review all content generated on the platform using technical methods:
- Illegal, harmful, or prohibited content is detected by automated systems
- Obscene, hate speech, violent, or terrorism propaganda content is prevented
- Content suspected of copyright infringement or plagiarism is detected
- Fraud, spam, and malicious use are prevented
Team Content Visibility
The TexonAi team (administrators and authorized personnel) has the authority to view content generated by users for quality control, illegal content detection, evaluation of user complaints, technical troubleshooting, and compliance with legal authority requests.
AI-based automated filtering systems scan for illegal content patterns in real-time and flag suspicious content. Accounts may be automatically suspended for repeated violations.
By purchasing the service, you acknowledge that all content you generate may be monitored and reviewed.
11User Data Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, the Buyer has the following rights:
- Download all personal data in JSON format (Data Portability)
- Permanently delete account and all associated data (Right to be Forgotten)
- Know how personal data is being processed
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request restriction or cessation of data processing
These rights can be exercised through the "Data & Privacy" section on the profile page or by emailing info@texonai.com.
Account deletion is irreversible. All content, credit balance, transaction history, and integrations will be permanently removed.

Support Scope
Support covers platform usage and technical issues. Content editing or customization requests are not covered.
13Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the laws of Turkey. Istanbul Courts are authorized for disputes.
14Effective Date
This agreement comes into effect when the Buyer purchases any package or starts using the service on TexonAi.
Acceptance
By using the service or making a purchase, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
