Account Security
- You are responsible for your password security

- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must report security breaches immediately
Username Rules
You may not use another person's name or trademark without permission.
Payment & Credits
Our service operates on a word-based credit system:
- Payments are processed securely through Shopinext
- Your credit card information is not stored by us
- Purchased credits are non-refundable
- Unused credits remain in your account
- Prices may change without prior notice
Referral System
You can invite friends and earn bonus credits.
Content & Usage
TexonAi allows you to create, store, and share content.
When creating content, you represent and warrant that:
- The content will not violate any law
- The content will not violate others' rights
- The content will not contain malicious software
- You are responsible for verifying AI content originality
AI Content Notice
It is your responsibility to verify AI content accuracy before publishing.
SEO & Content Liability
Search engine optimization (SEO) rules and algorithms are subject to constant change. TexonAi makes no guarantees and accepts no liability regarding the following:
- SEO rules and search engine algorithms may change without prior notice; TexonAi is not responsible for any ranking losses resulting from such changes
- During AI-powered content generation, artificial intelligence may make incorrect, incomplete, or misleading decisions
- It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify the accuracy, currency, and appropriateness of the generated content
- TexonAi cannot be held liable for any material or moral damages resulting from the publication of the content
- No compensation claims are accepted regarding SEO performance, ranking changes, or traffic losses
- The user accepts responsibility for having the content verified by experts in their field before publication
Content Storage Policy
Content is stored for 30 days. After 30 days, it may be deleted.
Prohibited Uses
Creating the following content is prohibited:

TexonAi is not liable for damages arising from the service.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the last 12 months.

Security & Cyber Risks
Security Measures We Take
At TexonAi, we implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data and platform integrity:
- All data communication is protected with SSL/TLS encryption
- Passwords are hashed and stored using the bcrypt algorithm
- Protection against CSRF, XSS, and SQL Injection attacks is in place
- Rate limiting is applied to API requests
- Payment information is processed by third-party payment infrastructure and is not stored by us
Security Disclaimer
Despite the measures described above, TexonAi cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or data breach resulting from:
- Cyberattacks carried out by third parties (hacking, DDoS, phishing, man-in-the-middle, etc.)
- User negligence such as using weak passwords, sharing credentials, or failing to secure account information
- Security vulnerabilities in third-party service providers (API, hosting, payment infrastructure)
- Previously undiscovered security vulnerabilities (zero-day exploits)
- Service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government intervention)
- Security issues experienced during user integration with third-party platforms (WordPress, etc.)
- Inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information in AI-generated content
In the Event of a Security Breach
If a security breach is detected:
- We will notify affected users within a reasonable timeframe
- We will make the necessary legal notifications to relevant authorities
- We will take technical measures to remediate the breach
User Security Responsibilities
As a user, you accept the following security obligations:
- Use a strong and unique password
- Do not share your account credentials with third parties
- Report suspicious activities immediately
- Use up-to-date and secure devices and browsers
Maximum Liability
In the event of any security breach, the maximum liability of TexonAi shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to the platform in the preceding 12 months. Indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages are excluded from liability under all circumstances.
Content Monitoring & Illegal Content Detection
TexonAi reserves the right to monitor and review all content generated on the platform using technical methods. This monitoring is carried out for the following purposes:
- Automatic detection of illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
- Verification of compliance with platform terms of service
- Prevention of obscene, hate speech, violent, or terrorism propaganda content
- Detection of content suspected of copyright infringement or plagiarism
- Prevention of fraud, spam, and malicious use
- Compliance with legal obligations and regulatory authority requests
Team Content Visibility
The TexonAi team (administrators and authorized personnel) has the authority to view content generated by users on the platform for the following purposes:
- Monitoring content quality and compliance with platform rules
- Detecting and removing illegal or prohibited content
- Evaluating user complaints and violation reports
- Resolving technical issues and improving service quality
- Complying with requests from legal authorities
Automated Detection Systems
TexonAi uses AI-based automated content filtering and detection systems. These systems:
- Scan for illegal content patterns in real-time
- Automatically flag suspicious content and queue it for review
- May automatically suspend accounts for repeated violations
- May send automatic notifications to relevant legal authorities when required
By using the platform, you acknowledge that all content you generate may be monitored and reviewed for the purposes stated above.
User Data Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:
- The right to download all your personal data in JSON format (Data Portability)
- The right to permanently delete your account and all associated data (Right to be Forgotten)
- The right to know how your data is being processed
- The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- The right to request restriction or cessation of data processing

Account deletion is irreversible. Upon deletion, all your content, credit balance, transaction history, and integrations will be permanently removed.
Termination
We may terminate your account for any reason.
- You can close your account at any time
- Credits are not refunded upon termination
- You may lose access to your content
- You can delete your account and all data from the "Data & Privacy" section in your profile, or submit a request through our contact page
- Important: In accordance with Turkish Law No. 5651, IP address logs are retained for a minimum of 2 years even after account deletion. These records are stored in anonymized form.
Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time.
It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
